As a Senior Analyst with Forrester Research, I had the privilege to research, write and publish more than 20 research articles on the topics of customer experience, Web site design best practice, and the strategy, process and culture surrounding and supporting enterprise digital projects. But, there was life before Forrester, and I was very happy to have been able to write and publish many humour articles in regional and national publications in Canada, including regular appearances in Victoria’s Monday Magazine and a feature essay in The Globe and Mail’s Books section.
